Without a shared baseline and target direction, initiatives compete, dependencies stay hidden, and change becomes expensive and risky to coordinate.

Approach

Structured the enterprise into a baseline view and a target direction with explicit dependencies and phased steps, balancing completeness against usefulness so the roadmap stayed trustworthy and actionable. Made trade-offs — sequencing, ownership, cross-domain implications — visible so leadership could make informed commitments.

Outcome

Gave Large national company’s leadership a shared enterprise-architecture baseline and a sequenced transformation roadmap, turning a broad growth ambition into managed, decision-ready change rather than accidental expansion.
