Project 01: Financial Monitoring
Automated internal financial control system. Implemented a budgeting and control process that reduced the budget preparation cycle from 6 months to 2 and improved financial transparency.
Project 02: TRD – 1C: Accounting + Trade & Warehouse
Deployed and configured integrated accounting. Unified accounting and inventory management across all legal entities, enabling transparent reporting and integration with planning systems.
Project 03: 1C: Payroll & HR
Introduced a single payroll and motivation system across all branches, integrated with the budgeting system. Launched HR system for 50+ users.
Project 04: ERP Implementation (Microsoft Dynamics AX)
The company gained transparency and timely access to operational data through a unified ERP system. ERP Integrated with Billing and launched a Helpdesk. Standardised landscape and organised transparent reporting, increasing business manageability during the company’s pre-sale phase.
Project 13: Proteus System
The system was launched and as a result allowed the creation of a new business within the company, generating additional profit, and provided capabilities for targeted advertising messages and a recommendation system.
Project 14: Interface Layer (Information Presentation System, Data Marts)
Analysis and audit of the existing solution were performed, and documentation for changes to the information presentation system and data marts was prepared.
Project 15: Data Lake (Presale)
Successfully conducted a presale for a large oil and gas enterprise, including analyzing customer requirements, proposing and presenting a solution, and defending it in a competition.
Project 16: Project ‘Storage’
Customer requirements were analyzed, and a balanced solution for enterprise data storage (SDS - Software Defined Storage) was proposed, which allowed the organization to make the right choice, enhance data reliability, availability, and processing speed, and save significant funds.
Project 17: Enterprise Architecture
Conducted EA Assessment. Delivered EA baseline and transformation roadmap, providing a foundation for crucial organizational decisions and change implementation.
Project 18: Data Lab
A new subdivision was created to handle data for the marketing department. The data includes consumer behavior. Tools for behavior analysis, segmentation, omnichannel communication, and a recommendation system were created.
Project 19: DWH Audit (EKHD)
A comprehensive analysis of the implementation of the Unified Corporate Data Storage System was conducted, and recommendations for its improvement were provided.
Project 20: B2B Mailing Automation
Architecture for a multi-channel communication system for B2B interaction was developed. Documentation was handed over for implementation, which led to increased additional sales and customer satisfaction.
Project 21: Informing clients about the debt on their account (SPDZ)
A unified approach for managing client notifications was proposed. A solution architecture was created, and documentation was handed over for implementation, which significantly reduced accounts receivable (by three times) and brought significant economic benefits.
Project 22: O2O Interaction
A concept for interaction architecture between operators was developed. A solution was created. As an alternative, a solution for inter-operator settlement registration based on blockchain was proposed.
Project 23: Data Management Platform (DMP)
Architecture for a DMP was created and a business-driving implementation was proposed, which allowed the company to launch several new profitable businesses and get a foundation for building a business for years to come.
Project 24: Loyalty Program Effectiveness Evaluation
A comprehensive approach and methodology were developed for evaluating the effectiveness of loyalty programs. Practical changes were made at the IT systems level to implement the evaluation process, which led to an increase in revenue and profit through additional sales and new marketing initiatives.
Project 35: (1) – Digital Business Transformation
BTC prepared its business transformation from a traditional telecom to a digital service marketplace; a target-state information architecture was prepared as a foundation for future changes, providing the client with a clear plan for system and information transformation.
